Powder coating and liquid painting
Powder coating line and a liquid paint booth for parts up to 7 m and 3.5 t.
Most parts leave Aries² painted. Parts are shot blasted, then powder coated on our conveyor line or painted in the liquid paint booth, which takes large assemblies up to 7 m and 3.5 t.
Powder gives a thick, even, solvent-free finish; liquid paint is used for very large parts, for specific colours and for multi-layer systems. Cataphoresis and hot-dip galvanising are done by partner lines near the plant when a specification requires them.
