LVD press brakes up to 320 t, a 500 t press, punching, rolling, tube bending and saws.
Blanks cut by our sister plant Aries⁴ Raciostyl are formed in Tornaľa before welding. LVD press brakes of 80, 135 and 320 tonnes bend sheet and plate; a 500 t press forms thick parts and a 250 t press does pressing work.
The forming hall also has punching, plate rolling, CNC tube bending, shears, drilling and Amada band saws for tubes and bars, so tubes and profiles are cut and bent next to the welding cells.
